Atlantis Adventures retained The Brand Foundry to create one consistent branding experience across nearly a dozen operations from Hawaii to the Caribbean to Guam.
A Jaguar’s Tale
Diamonds International was expanding their presence in Cozumel and wanted a unique show to attract cruise passengers to their new location. To accomplish their goal The Brand Foundry created and scored a unique theatrical production called A Jaguar’s Tale. In addition to the creation of the show along with the brand identity and marketing work, The Brand Foundry also built a custom theatre to house the show. Thousands of cruise passengers have enjoyed this production.
Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville
The Brand Foundry was hired to build the website for Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville Caribbean after they launched their first three Jamaican properties in Montego Bay, Ocho Rios and Negril. In addition to building a site that fit with the Margaritaville brand, The Brand Foundry photographers took many of the photos used.
Norwegian Cruise Line
Created multi-media sightseeing tours to help increase post-booking revenue opportunities.
Norwegian Cruise Line’s Hawaiian Cruise lines needed an effective campaign to help boost sales with their post booking customers. Their target was to engage customers that have already booked their trips and to up-sell them on other possible trip packages, tours and vacation excursions. We created an email nurturing campaign that used a series of timed emails that would be sent periodically as reminders of possible events and attractions that the customers could be made aware of and sign-up or learn more information. We also created a special interactive mini-site that linked from the email campaign to allow customers to explore and find out more information and sign up for these add-ons to their base packages. The campaign overall was an immediate success and allowed Norwegian Cruise Line to immediately see a boost in their sales revenue for their specialized sightseeing tours and excursions.
Port Icy Strait
The first new cruise ship destination in Alaska in years, The Brand Foundry assisted in product planning and design for the $21 million port destination which was opened in 2004. The Brand Foundry did much of the identity, photography and design work for the multimillion dollar marketing campaign, from pre-opening through to operations.
The marketing program enabled Icy Strait to establish its brand rapidly. The port currently hosts virtually all major cruise lines.
Rodeo Del Sol Cozumel
An international marketing company had partnered with a leading cruise line with the desire of creating a unique tour experience in Cozumel. The Brand Foundry brought in the creative team that created a full rodeo experience including cowboys, horses, clowns and music. From the identity package to the photography (featured in the New York Times) to the creation of the show itself, The Brand Foundry turned this idea into a reality.
Shore Excursion Videos
Norwegian Cruise Lines has used The Brand Foundry to create 270 tour videos from Aruba and Barbados and Costa Maya to St. Thomas, Tortola and Victoria and everywhere in between. From scripting to filming to editing, The Brand Foundry delivered.
The Original Canopy Tour
The Brand Foundry met The Original Canopy Tour team in Costa Rica, running lovely eco tours in seven locations. The Brand Foundry established relationships with the major cruise lines and expanded the operations into Jamaica (Ocho Rios and Montego Bay), Belize and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. For the Original Canopy Tour The Brand Foundry not only took over the international expansion but also created an entirely new brand identity and marketing materials.
Before Viator became a Trip Advisor company, they needed to secure tour operators in markets where they did not have existing relationships. To accomplish this they retained The Brand Foundry to establish partnerships with tour operators in eight countries. These partnerships still operate today.
